Chef Andrea Montobbio and The Team at ENZO Midtown Presents: A Special Pasta-Making Class
On Friday, October 9th, ENZO Midtown will be gathering residents from across the Georgia area for the brand-new opening of its Intown location. The restaurant will open this winter, but before its official opening, Chef Andrea Montobbio will be showcasing a taste of what Intown has to offer.

Andrea Montobbio, born in Capriata d’Orba in Northern Italy, has worked in numerous high-end restaurants. Showing food lovers why he is one of the best. Atlanta diners have followed him from STK Atlanta and Ecco Buckhead to ENZO Steakhouse & Bar in the Town at Trilith. Where he and chef David Gibbs turned their shared vision into one of the community’s signature restaurants. Following the opening of Bicicletta earlier this year, Montobbio is preparing for his most anticipated arrival yet: bringing ENZO to Midtown Atlanta.
As a one-night-only event, guests will trade their signature dine-in experience for a seat beside Montobbio. As he shares his technique, precision, and Italian instinct behind his fresh pasta preparations. The hands-on class welcomes every skill level from beginner to advanced. The class begins with charcuterie and a welcome spritz, then moves into tagliatelle with Bolognese, Parmigiano, and Béchamel. Followed by radiatori alla vodka with San Marzano tomatoes and burrata.

Each pasta course will be paired with wine, and tiramisu to close the evening. The class offers more than a lesson in fresh pasta. It is an early introduction to the food and personality Montobbio is bringing to ENZO Midtown. It also offers a preview of the chef dinners, wine tastings, cooking classes, and culinary events planned for the restaurant.
Now taking shape in the former Reverence space. ENZO Midtown will feature an open show kitchen, an expansive bar and dining room, lounge and patio seating, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A newer addition, and a different style than what diners have experienced.

Tickets for The Art of Pasta Making are $85 per person and available at Epicurean Hotel Atlanta or the Epicurean Atlanta front desk. The event is open to guests 21 and older, while ticket prices includes gratuity. Tax will be added at checkout. Complimentary two-hour valet validation is provided.
The class will take place at Epicurean Atlanta, located at 1117 West Peachtree Street NW in Midtown. Attendance is limited, and advanced reservations are encouraged. The event will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
