Rose & Sage Decor is a floral design company specializing in weddings, corporate events, and intentional brand experiences. Rooted in artistry and guided by emotion, each design is thoughtfully curated to feel timeless, and deeply personal. Known for refined compositions, organic movement, and layered detail, Rose & Sage Decor creates floral moments that feel as meaningful as they are visually striking.
We approach all designs with intention, allowing the couple’s or client’s story, setting, and overall atmosphere to guide each design decision. We want our clients to feel moved by our work in the most beautiful way possible.
Just like fashion, flowers move with the seasons. Not every bloom is available year-round, so those dreamy peonies in January or striking dahlias in March may not arrive at their full potential, if at all. Knowing what’s naturally in season, or available regionally, allows for your florals to feel more abundant and effortlessly beautiful.

Think about how you want the space to feel, not just how you want it to look. Your wedding florals should enhance the overall atmosphere in a way that feels intentional and personal
JANUARY, ANEMONE I love anemones for the contrast they bring. That dark center instantly sharpens a palette and gives winter florals a clean, i ntentional edge. Also in bloom: Hellebore, Ranunculus
FEBRUARY, RANUNCULUS If you’re leaning romantic, ranunculus does the work for you. The layers, the movement, the softness, it builds fullness without feeling heavy. Also in bloom: Anemone, Tulip
MARCH, HYACINTH Hyacinth adds richness in a way that still feels fresh. It’s one of those blooms that makes a design feel more layered without needing a lot of volume. Also in bloom: Icelandic Poppy, Daffodil

APRIL, LILY OF THE VALLEY This is one of my favorites when you want something delicate but impactful. It brings a quiet elegance that doesn’t compete with the rest of the design. Also in bloom: Sweet Pea, Butterfly Ranunculus
MAY, PEONY Peonies create that full, lush look people love without trying too hard. They naturally make a design feel elevated and complete. Also in bloom: Garden Rose, Lilac
JUNE, ORCHID This is my go-to when I want a design to feel more refined. It adds a sculptural, modern edge that instantly elevates the overall look. Also in bloom: Garden Rose, Delphinium

JULY, GLORIOSA LILY This is for when you want something a little unexpected. It brings movement and a bold shape that keeps summer florals from feeling predictable. Also in bloom: Cosmos, Lisianthus
AUGUST, DAHLIA Dahlias carry a design. They add structure, depth, and just enough drama without overwhelming the rest of the palette. Also in bloom: Scabiosa, Allium
SEPTEMBER, CLEMATIS Clematis gives that effortless, slightly undone movement I love. It softens everything and makes a design feel more organic. Also in bloom: Zinnias, Agapanthus

OCTOBER, SUNFLOWER When used intentionally, sunflowers bring warmth and presence without feeling rustic. They can completely shift the tone of a fall palette. I also love removing their petals for a refined, textural look. Also in bloom: Amaranthus, Marigold
NOVEMBER, ANTIQUE HYDRANGEA I love antique hydrangea for the tone alone. It adds depth and dimension without needing a lot of color. Also in bloom: Privet Berry, Chrysanthemum
DECEMBER, AMARYLLIS Amaryllis is a statement bloom. It gives you scale and structure, so even minimal designs feel complete. Also in bloom: Anemone, Hellebore

TO COMPLEMENT THESE BLOOMS, I love layering in year-round florals such as roses, hydrangea, calla lilies, and orchids to fully bring each design to life.
