SNDBath: A Sound Healing Experience with Rebecca Turk

In today’s fast-paced world, moments of deep rest and inner stillness are rare. That is exactly what Rebecca Turk, Founder and CEO of SNDBath, offers through her transformative sensory sound bath experiences. With a blend of instruments and ancient practices, Rebecca guides participants on meditative journeys that restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

The Experience

A SNDBath sound healing session is designed to take participants beyond relaxation and into a state of deep energetic reset. Rebecca layers the angelic tones of quartz crystal bowls, each tuned to the body’s seven chakras, with the grounding rhythm of a native drum, evoking the flow of ocean waves. Her Wind Gong clears stagnant energy, while Koshi chimes, tuned to the four elements, bring a gentle sense of harmony to close the session.

Research has shown that vibrational sound healing can lower stress, support restorative sleep, and ease physical and emotional tension. Rebecca’s sessions create the space for healing to begin—releasing stored stress on a cellular level while reconnecting participants to themselves in a deeply grounding way.

As the visionary behind SNDBath, she produces Atlanta’s largest sound bath experiences at the Georgia Aquarium as part of their Wellness by the Water series, regularly drawing crowds of over 400 attendees. She also leads retreats, private events, and corporate wellness programs across the Southeast and Southern California, introducing sound healing to executives, entrepreneurs, and creative leaders.

From leading corporate wellness retreats to performing at the GRAMMY Awards, she brings balance, connection, and transformation to every setting. Her client roster is as diverse as it is impressive—ranging from Usher Raymond’s New Look Foundation and Sara Blakely & Jesse Itzler’s brands, to Salesforce, Intuit, Morgan Stanley, McKinsey & Company, and major cultural institutions such as TED Conferences and the Georgia Aquarium.

“It’s an incredible honor to share the gift of sound healing with the Metro Atlanta community. Every session is a reminder of the profound way sound can open hearts, quiet the mind, and restore balance. Witnessing the way people receive and transform through these frequencies has been one of the greatest joys of my journey with SNDBath.”

The Mission of SNDBath

At the heart of Rebecca’s work is a simple but profound mission: to create opportunities for people to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Through sound healing and meditation, SNDBath empowers individuals and organizations to not only release stress, but to cultivate resilience, creativity, and balance.

As Rebecca puts it, she is equal parts yin and yang—always seeking the win-win, whether for a person’s well-being or a company’s growth. And in a world that rarely stops, her work is a reminder that healing begins when we allow ourselves to pause, breathe, and simply listen.
