After a sold-out showing in June, Epicurean Atlanta’s Wine & Charcuterie Workshop made a highly anticipated return on Friday, July 11, and VUE Atlanta was there to get hands-on with the art of the board.
Crafting the Perfect Spread
Held inside the stylish Epicurean Theatre at the Epicurean Atlanta, the 90-minute workshop was led by the charcuterie experts behind The Gathering Board, known for their eye-catching, flavor-forward displays. Guests were guided through the process of cutting and styling three cheeses, crafting a perfect salami rose, and balancing their board with seasonal accoutrements. Between bites, attendees sipped on two curated glasses of wine and dipped fresh focaccia into roasted garlic olive oil—a sensory experience from start to finish.
